SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Spartanburg Youth Theatre announces auditions for its fourth and final production of the 2014-2015 season, Fantastic Mr. Fox.  The play, which is based on the beloved Roald Dahl book.

Auditions will take place Monday, February 16th, and Tuesday, February 17th, from 5:30-7:30pm, at the Youth Theatre classroom in the Chapman Cultural Center. To help students prepare for auditions, the Spartanburg Youth Theatre is offering an optional workshop on Saturday, February 14th, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Youth Theatre classroom at the Chapman Cultural Center.  Students who take this workshop have an opportunity to work with the script and meet the director, and will leave with a rehearsed monologue and audition tips.  SYT audition workshops are popular and fill up quickly.
