Last Summer, in partnership with the City of Spartanburg, the Downtown Development Partnership through OneSpartanburg, and USC Upstate, three crosswalk murals were implemented in downtown Spartanburg. Don't you agree that the art has really brightened up the Spartanburg Downtown Cultural District?
