Exhibition Areas:

• No cameras, or recording devices are permitted in exhibit areas


• No food or drink is permitted in exhibit areas


• Do not touch paintings or sculpture…finger oils can damage art work


• Do not run, or lean against or touch the walls


• Teachers must keep children from going behind the partitions in the Spartanburg Art Museum


• Students are encouraged to ask questions.


• Be aware that there are other families and groups visiting the museums


• PLEASE NOTE: All teachers and chaperones are expected to accompany their group on the tour, to enforce the rules as explained by the museum staff, to assist museum staff if asked, and to maintain order and decorum as befits students visiting a public facility.
