The Chapman Cultural Center is fully ADA compliant. All areas of the campus are handicapped accessible. The David Reid Theatre has state-of-the-art hearing assistance technology for patrons who might have problems hearing performances. In addition to traditional amplification devices, such as headphones, the David Reid Theatre is equipped with “The Loop” technology. Most hearing aids have T-coil or telecoil technology that is compatible with the hearing assistance system in the Theatre. In most cases, all the patron need do is flip a small switch on his hearing aid to receive high quality sound especially suited for their specific needs.
